SHIPPING/RETURNS

If purchased as a loose gemstone. this stone may be returned for a full refund. or exchanged for store credit. within three days of pick-up or delivery receipt. After three days. a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on return of loose stones.

Gemstones purchased to be set in one of our made-to-order or bespoke settings are not eligible for return or exchange.
