The delicately tapered "navette" shape of this stone setting is beautifully decorated with pave-set diamonds and rubies. a stunning example of the romanticism and craftsmanship of Edwardian-era jewelry. The platinum-topped setting sparkles with each movement. while its handpierced underside sits elegantly presented by a sweeping 14k yellow gold band.
