At MOVE N' JOY, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your diamond jewelry purchase. We understand that sometimes, a return is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

Accompanied by all original documentation, including the diamond grading certificate (e.g., GIA, IGI) and the original invoice.

Returned in the original MOVE N' JOY packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry, bespoke designs).

Items that have been resized or modified by a third-party jeweler.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Diamonds purchased as part of our loose diamond inventory that have been set by a third party.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Before sending your item back, please contact our Customer Service team at [insert email address, e.g., service@movenjoy.com] or call us at [insert phone number] to request a RAN. Please provide your original order number. A return will not be processed without a RAN.

Package Your Item Securely: For your protection, we recommend you package the item securely in a shipping box, not an envelope. Include all original packaging and accompanying materials. Do not write "diamonds," "jewelry," or other luxury-related words on the outside of the package.

Insure and Ship Your Package: We strongly advise you to ship your return via a trusted carrier and purchase insurance for the full value of the item. MOVE N' JOY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

The Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions of our return policy. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Rejection: If the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., it is damaged, altered, or missing documentation), we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense.

The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your order included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.

For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid are non-refundable.
